Toshiba - Water Purifier Commercial Video
My Role: Lighting + 3D Rendering + Water FX + Compositing
3D Software: Cinema 4D, X-Particles, Nuke
Rendering: Redshift
As the 3D animation vendor for a TV commercial featuring a new water filter product, my role involved overseeing the entire animation process from beginning to end. To achieve the desired effect, I utilized cinema 4d along with x-particles to simulate water. The animation focused on showcasing the intricate filtration system of the product through detailed 3D imagery. Additionally, we utilized realistic water simulation effects to depict the product's filtration process. One of the animation's standout features involved dissecting the product into multiple pieces to highlight its intricacy.

Water FX
The main obstacle faced during the project was simulating water. The manufacturer's 3D model of the water purifier was very intricate, with numerous holes and imperfect polygons in the containers. Rectifying these issues in the container required significant effort. To achieve a suitable container mesh for water simulation, I converted it to VDB and smoothed the voxel. The outcome was an clean and simple container mesh that was perfect for the water simulation. The results were exceptional, and the client expressed satisfaction with my work.
The End
The presentation of this project has come to a close. I sincerely hope that you found it enjoyable. Thank you very much.
